It’s hard enough for patient’s to understand much of the medical jargon and Doctor’s don’t expect patients to understand. Admittedly, some doctors don’t even understand specific medical terminology if it is not their area of expertise. Some doctors have difficulty putting their findings into a written document that is coherent.
